Setup time versus ongoing effort was quite unbalanced
Reflecting back on my experience with the sales and pre-purchase setup, I found that initially, the one-off setup seemed straightforward enough, like getting all the basics ready. However, once I had started using the software, it became clear that the ongoing maintenance and continual adjustments were much more involved than I had expected. The sales process had not fully prepared me for the regular effort required to keep the tools running smoothly and updated. I can say that the initial sign-up and payment paperwork was handled efficiently and without much trouble, which was one small positive. But after that, it felt like a lot of time went into managing the database feature and dialer settings that often needed tweaking, which was tiring over weeks. It made me realize that I should have asked more detailed questions about the post-purchase responsibilities, as the burden wasn’t trivial. So while the initial experience was OK, the ongoing parts took more attention and steps than I initially expected, and that dampened the overall satisfaction with the process.
