Setup surprising blend of quick start and ongoing tweaks
I found the WFHI training and onboarding quite practical, despite some initial assumptions. At first, I expected a lengthier process with lots of repetitive setup steps, but surprisingly, most of the foundation was laid out clearly and quickly. The initial database integration and dialer configuration were straightforward, which saved me time. However, I also noticed that ongoing adjustments were required as automated updates changed some features, and I had to adapt workflows around those. Training sessions covered much of that, so I felt equipped to handle the dynamic parts. It wasn’t just a one-off setup; it felt like a continuous improvement cycle that helped me stay current without major disruptions. The calling tools worked as intended but did require small tweaks after the first few days. Overall, I was impressed by how the onboarding balanced speed with practical ongoing learning that matched the demands of remote workflow management. This approach surprised me because I thought it would be heavier on either side, but it efficiently did the job.
