Setup surprises related mostly to one-time tasks
When starting with the training and onboarding, I was surprised at how much of the setup felt like a one-off task rather than ongoing maintenance. Initially, there was a bit of a learning curve, especially setting up the database feature to match how I organize my workday. That part took some effort, but once configured, it ran smoothly without requiring daily tweaks. The calling tools and dialer setup also once-off, needed to be fine-tuned just once, and then it worked well across the week. Updates were automatic, so I didn't have to worry about manual installs or interruptions. The training helped me navigate these initial steps clearly, even though it didn’t focus heavily on repeated tasks. Overall, I found the onboarding process pretty straightforward, and the biggest surprise was realizing how little ongoing setup it demanded after those first few days, which made me feel more confident about sticking with the system.
