Setup suits those ready for one-time effort and ongoing use

When I first started with WFHI, I noticed the training and onboarding required a decent chunk of one-off effort to set up everything — like configuring the software, getting familiar with the calling tools and the dialer, and sorting out the database entries. That initial process definitely needed time and attention to get right, and it wasn’t something you could just glance over. But beyond that, what stood out to me over the longer term was how little ongoing fiddling was necessary. Once the setup was done, the automatic updates practically ran themselves, and the software continued to function smoothly without a ton of daily adjustments. The telephonic support was accessible when I did need advice, and the invoicing system just worked without constant checks. Reflecting on it, I think WFHI's approach fits best for someone who’s ready to invest the time upfront and then wants a relatively stable system afterward. It might not suit someone looking for a quick fix or instant results. Overall, the combination of initial training and longer-term usability makes sense for a specific user who’s interested in a longer workflow commitment than just a brief interaction.
