Setup seemed straightforward but ongoing tweaks needed
When I first signed up, the setup process felt like a clear one-off event with everything laid out step by step in the training modules. It was satisfying to reach a point where the basic configuration of the dialer and database was complete, making daily management less daunting. Clearly, much of the onboarding seemed to be front-loaded, and that meant the initial support calls were focused and not too lengthy. What I found interesting though was how much ongoing adjustment getting the ideal remote workflow required beyond the setup. Automatic updates occasionally introduced minor changes that required some attention to maintain smooth operation, which meant I had to be alert and sometimes engage with support again. This more iterative support contrasted with the single-session style of early training. Overall, I’d compare it to all the heavy lifting in the beginning but with some steady refinements afterward. If I were explaining it to a friend, I’d say the onboarding makes a solid foundation but being ready for continual learning and tweaks is part of the deal for getting the best out of the software.
