Setup’s one-off parts worked, but the ongoing got messy
When I first signed up, I thought the initial setup and training process would be the real hurdle. Honestly, that part was pretty alright; the onboarding flow walked me through the main software features without too much hassle. What really caught me off guard was how much manual effort was needed on an ongoing basis. I was expecting the system to automate routine checks and updates better than it did. Every week, I found myself jumping back into the dialer and database to fix issues that presumably should have been resolved automatically. Even the automatic updates, which I figured would make life easier, seemed to patch some things but also introduced new quirks that slowed my workflow down. I kept hoping the telephonic support team would help relieve some pressure, but most calls ended with generic suggestions that didn’t quite fix the root problems. Invoicing and payments went smoothly though, I’ll give them that; signing up was straightforward, the invoices arrived on time, and the process was clear. Still, circling back, the fact that I had to spend so much time managing what I assumed would be streamlined caused a lot of frustration that overshadowed the decent onboarding and billing experience. I wish the ongoing support for day-to-day operations was as smooth as the initial steps and payment side. It feels like a lot of promising starts but uneven execution once you’re deep in the work.
