Setup’s mostly done once, but watch for small updates
When I first signed up, WFHI’s software setup felt pretty straightforward. The initial onboarding took some time but wasn’t too complex, so that was good. The biggest part of the work was configuring the database and integrating the dialer with our existing communication flow. Once that was done, the rest of the routine use became easier, with automatic updates handling most tweaks without my involvement. So in simple terms to explain it to a friend: the bulk of the setup was a one-time thing, but you do need to keep an eye on small changes that come month to month because not every update is a fix; some require action on your end to adjust workflows. Call and database features worked well during the week, but sometimes I wished the calling tools had a little more flexibility when making batch calls. Still, that’s a minor gripe against an otherwise reliable system that manages remote workflows efficiently. Overall, the balance of one-time setup versus ongoing maintenance was about what I expected.
