Setup required steady effort but manageable overall
My experience with the WFHI software began with understanding what parts of the setup would be one-off and what would require continuous attention. Initially, signing up and setting up the account took some time as I familiarized myself with basic controls and features. The onboarding process helped me grasp the essential software navigation, albeit with a learning curve for some advanced functions. The dialer and calling tools needed configuration per day depending on my client list, so that part was ongoing rather than something you do once. I found the database feature quite helpful for storing contacts, but managing updates to the database was something I had to repeat regularly to maintain accuracy. Automatic software updates ran smoothly in the background and did not disrupt the workflow. Regarding access, after initial setup, logging in from multiple devices was straightforward, which helped me stay connected on the go. Invoicing and payment processing were mostly seamless, though I noticed that generating custom invoices required manual input each cycle. Overall, the experience involved a mix of one-time setup steps and daily ongoing work, which I found manageable after settling into the routine. The system’s flexibility allowed me to adapt it for my needs, but it demanded consistent attention, which fits well for those willing to invest effort to keep everything running well. So, while it wasn’t a plug-and-play experience, it was worth the effort.
