Setup required some upfront effort but ongoing use is easier
I found that setting up everything initially took a fair amount of focus and time, especially arranging the database to suit my workflow and customizing the dialer configurations. The training sessions helped a lot here, but some parts needed re-watching to get fully comfortable. Thankfully, after the initial setup, ongoing use became much smoother. The software’s automatic updates mean I didn’t have to spend extra time manually applying patches or fixes, which saved effort in the long run. Signing up and payment were also handled with straightforward invoicing and clear process steps, so no hiccups there. While the onboarding was comprehensive, it did feel quite one-off rather than something needing continuous input from me. Daily calls worked well through the integrated dialer with minimal downtime. I do wish there had been a bit more proactive guidance about the expected upfront effort before I bought in. That said, for anyone ready to invest some time up front, the tools and training will likely pay off because ongoing maintenance demands are low. It’s fair to say there’s a good balance once the initial learning curve is cleared.
