Setup required some initial effort, then running smoothly
Getting started with WFHI involved quite a bit of initial setup, especially as I configured the dialer and imported my contact database. These were one-off tasks but took careful attention to ensure the data synced correctly and the calling tools worked properly. Once the system was up and running, daily use required less effort as automatic updates took care of maintaining the software without manual intervention. The training sessions helped clarify these steps at the beginning, though much of the setup was hands-on. The invoicing and payment process was handled online and felt standard. Support was available but I only needed to call a couple of times early on. Overall, the bulk of the effort was upfront during onboarding, after which the system ran with minimal ongoing adjustments. This balance made it manageable to incorporate into a busy schedule, as setup didn’t keep recurring, leaving me free to focus on my work.
