After going through WFHI’s training and onboarding, I realized that a lot of the setup felt like one

After going through WFHI’s training and onboarding, I realized that a lot of the setup felt like one-off tasks that needed to be redone or followed up on regularly. While the initial training was okay, it didn’t completely prepare me for how much manual adjustment the dialing and database tools would require on a day-to-day basis. I had expected a more automated or smoother transition that wouldn’t need frequent troubleshooting or reviewing support materials over time. Over several weeks, it became clear that support calls and interaction with the team were needed more than I initially thought to keep the software functioning as intended. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward and didn’t cause me any trouble, though it was a small part compared to the ongoing setup and maintenance challenges. I did like that automatic software updates kept improving features without my intervention, but this couldn’t outweigh the generally high amount of effort I needed to invest continuously. Looking back, I might have hoped that once training was done, things would run with less attention from me, but that wasn’t the case.
