Setup process was mostly one-off but sales info lacked clarity
So, I was checking out what goes into getting started with WFHI, and honestly, most of the major setup tasks felt like one-off things — like wiring up the dialer, loading the initial database, that kind of foundational work that you do once. It was all pretty straightforward, at least compared to other platforms I’ve tried in the past. But here’s the thing that kept me thinking: during the sales discussions, there was a bit of back-and-forth that circled around what parts were one-time versus ongoing responsibilities and costs. Honestly, it wasn’t crystal clear at that time, and I found myself revisiting the details after signing up. That puzzled me a bit because I’d have preferred to know upfront exactly what to expect regarding recurring updates or training needs down the line. However, once I got going, the automatic updates and database sync largely took care of themselves, which was a relief. Taking everything into account, that initial fuzziness on the sales side was honestly the only real speed bump, but overall the setup stuck to a one-off pattern pretty well.
