Setup process felt like a marathon, honestly
Getting started with WFHI felt like a marathon I wasn’t exactly eager to run again. The initial setup was considerable, with a lot to configure and understand in one go. Once past that, the ongoing maintenance and daily use became much lighter, as most updates are automatic and require minimal intervention. Training sessions helped, but the sheer volume of information in one shot made it strenuous. The dialing tool and database were straightforward enough after setup, and the software worked seamlessly during the weeks I used it. Still, I keep thinking this was more one-off hustling rather than a smooth continuous workflow. The invoicing and payment were clear enough but didn’t add to the fatigue. Telephonic support was helpful when I needed it but didn’t change how dragging the onboarding felt. If I ever take on more work with WFHI, I’ll probably count on the initial setup being as exhausting as before, though hopefully smoother next time around.
