Setup phase clicked after initial confusing steps
Initially, the training and onboarding process felt a bit overwhelming because I wasn’t sure which parts required ongoing input versus one-time setup. The software’s database and calling tool modules needed some time for me to understand where regular management would be necessary and where configuration would suffice. After I got through the first few sessions and the initial training completed, things started to make sense, and I could distinguish the continuous workflow tasks from those one-off configurations. It clicked when I saw how the automatic updates integrated smoothly without manual interference, which reduced my workload considerably. Although there was a small learning curve, the balance between setup and maintenance eventually became clear enough to proceed confidently.
