Setup payment process was mostly one-time, but lacked ongoing flexibility
The billing and payment setup with WFHI felt like a mix between a one-off process and something that would work smoothly ongoing. At first, setting up the account and linking payment methods was pretty straightforward, which made the initial experience positive. I also appreciated how clear the invoices were when I received them after signing up. However, once I moved past the initial setup, I noticed there wasn’t much flexibility in changing payment schedules or adjusting invoices automatically. This stood out because my workflow sometimes varies, and I needed that kind of adaptability for longer-term use. While automatic updates did not disturb the payment interface, the lack of customization in recurring payments was a downside. The support team could help with billing questions over the phone, which was good, but it wasn’t always easy to get those changes made quickly or without going through multiple steps. In balance, the beginning payment process was smooth and well laid out, but for active users needing ongoing adaptability, the service missed a bit. I hope future tweaks add more dynamic control over recurring payment options to improve this.
