Setup parts that helped, parts that confused
When I first started setting up the WFHI system, the initial account creation process was pretty straightforward and didn’t take much time, which was a relief. The dialer tool began working right after setup, so I could start testing calls almost immediately. However, the database integration was a bit more complex than I expected and seemed to require constant adjustments over the first few days, not just one-off configuration. Telephonic support was available when I hit a snag configuring the database, but they walked me through only the basics. I felt like the deeper issues with syncing data weren’t fully addressed, which left me making manual updates more often than I’d like. The software itself gets regular updates and those installed automatically, so I never had to worry about outdated features. Payments and invoicing were clear and handled smoothly without complications. Overall, the onboarding was a mixed experience—the basic setup was fast, but ongoing fine-tuning was needed more than I anticipated, though support was there in some form. Given these ups and downs, I’m on the fence but hopeful it will settle into a manageable routine soon.
