Setup partly one-time, partly ongoing, balanced overall
When I first signed up and started to set everything up, much of the work was one-time, primarily focused on creating my user profile, configuring the calling tools, and understanding how to input data into the database. That initial phase was straightforward but took concentrated effort over a few days to get right. After this phase, the process shifted more towards ongoing use and maintenance, such as keeping the database updated with new entries, scheduling calls through the dialer regularly, and adapting to automatic software updates that sometimes introduced small changes in interface or functionality. These updates required me to occasionally adjust my workflow, though they generally enhanced performance or added useful new features. The telephonic support was helpful when I needed advice on integrating these changes but wasn’t something I needed daily. From an access perspective, ongoing use required consistent attention, though not as intensive as the initial setup. Overall, the balance between a sizable initial setup and the manageable ongoing activity seemed reasonable to me.
