Setup order didn’t quite lead to smooth use
The order of steps within the WFHI software installation and initial access felt disorganized, and that impacted how smoothly I could begin using the platform. For instance, I expected the training and onboarding processes to be frontloaded before I started fully using the database and calling tools, but it sometimes felt like I had to access features without adequate introduction. This led to some confusion as I fumbled through trying to understand how different parts of the software connected. That said, the invoicing and payment stage was clear and straightforward, with no issues there. Telephonic support was friendly and available but wasn’t always able to offer immediate solutions, which meant some problems lingered longer than I expected. Automatic updates applied silently, which at least didn’t disrupt my workflow, and I appreciate that. Still, the overall experience left me with the impression that a more sensible or linear teaching flow would be better, so users don’t feel overwhelmed. I think the product has potential if it can rearrange the way the access and training parts are presented upfront to users.
