Setup never clicked as expected, constant hurdles made it unusable

I had expected a straightforward setup process where I could configure the dialer and database once and then carry on without frequent interruptions, but the reality was very different. From the moment I started, the onboarding felt disjointed, and it quickly became clear that many features required ongoing adjustments just to function correctly. Regular updates often reset my preferences, forcing me to redo the setup repeatedly. The telephonic support, which I thought would ease this, wasn’t able to address the issues effectively or timely. The entire experience was frustrating as it never really clicked to provide the smooth remote workflow I was hoping for.
