Setup needed versus what was delivered
The initial setup was quite straightforward and mostly a one-off process, which I appreciated because it meant I wasn’t bogged down by continual configuration. The steps they laid out in the onboarding flow matched what I expected from the training sessions and software guides. After this setup was complete, the ongoing support was minimal but adequately responsive when I did reach out. The telephonic support was especially practical for clarifying occasional doubts about the dialer and database features. Automatic updates were rolled out smoothly, causing no disruption to my workflow. My only small reservation would be that while communication was adequate, it wasn’t always proactive—if they had checked in a bit more regularly after setup, it might have improved my experience. Still, what was delivered essentially matched what I needed, and that made a positive impact on how quickly I could use the software effectively.
