Setup needed some effort but stayed manageable
Getting started with the software seemed straightforward at first, but I noticed that quite a bit of setup was required beyond just the initial install. While opening the account and signing in was pretty seamless, configuring the database to fit ongoing workflows took more time and adjustments than I expected. Once those were made, I found that most processes ran smoothly without much daily interference, making ongoing use fairly reliable. Updates appeared automatic and generally didn’t cause disruptions, though some changes required me to relearn small parts of the interface. The dialer feature works well, but I did have to revisit setup steps to optimize call lists and use the calling tools efficiently. Customer support was reachable but sometimes not immediately helpful in resolving configuration questions, which slowed the process at points. Invoices and payments processed without issue, and the onboarding training covered key basics thoroughly, though I sometimes found the pacing a little slow. Overall, the setup required consistent attention early on but eventually resulted in a usable system for regular workflow needs without constant trouble.
