Setup needed effort but did support my needs
Getting started with WFHI required a fair amount of one-off effort, especially during onboarding and initial training sessions. I found the sign-up and payment process direct, but understanding how to best use the call tools and dialer needed some trial and error. The telephonic support was useful, though mostly helpful during this early phase; after that, ongoing support was more about maintaining the system rather than addressing new challenges. The database feature fit well into my existing remote workflow, but tweaking it to suit my exact needs took multiple attempts. Automatic updates ran without interrupting my work, which was a definite plus. While the initial setup was not entirely seamless, once everything was in place, the software did perform the tasks I needed. The mix of support and DIY work required me to put in some consistent effort, but it was manageable. If you expect constant hand-holding, this might feel demanding. For my purposes, it was worth investing the setup time because the system then delivered solid utility.
