Setup needed different amounts of hands-on and ongoing support

When I first started, I expected that most of the setup process would require a decent amount of one-off effort, but that ongoing support would be lighter once things were rolling. In practice, the initial setup did need detailed involvement from my side as I had to navigate through the database configurations and dialing tools carefully. The training was helpful for starting out, but there were gaps where I had to independently figure out certain workflows. As for ongoing support, it was available on call and helpful, but I found that regular adjustments or troubleshooting meant I still had to reach out fairly frequently. The invoicing and payment processes were simpler to manage once I understood the terms, but the signing-up phase felt moderately complex. Compared to what I anticipated, I’m glad that such issues are addressed quickly by support, yet it’s notable that the process isn’t fully automated. This balance of set-up and continuing attention reflects that while the software handles most tasks automatically via updates, human input is still vital for smooth operation. In short, you’ll get both some steep learning steps and a need for occasional ongoing assistance throughout.
