Setup: mostly one-time, so that chill factor was real

Honestly, I was pretty surprised how much of the setup with this WFHI software was a one-off deal. When I first signed up, I dove into the onboarding flow and it felt like a lot of upfront input—to get the calling tools and dialer synced up with my existing contacts and database. But once it was all synced and training was done, I found I didn’t have to tweak much day-to-day. Updates came automatically, which was nice 'cause I wasn’t hunting around for new versions or bugs. Calling through the dialer felt smooth throughout the week, no weird hang-ups or lag, so I wasn’t digging into the settings often. Telephonic support was chill too when I did have a couple random questions about features or billing, they helped me figure things out without any rush. The invoicing and payments process was straightforward from the start—no surprises there either. Overall it seemed most work was front-loaded, which really helped me focus on my workflow without constant fuss. So to sum it up to a buddy, it was like setting up your workspace one day and then just grinding with it without having to babysit all the time.
