The setup process with WFHI was mostly a one-off effort which worked well for me. Signing up and getting the software ready took a couple of sessions, where I configured the call dialer and imported my initial database records. Once that foundation was laid, the day-to-day use became straightforward and low maintenance. The training helped me understand how automatic updates would keep the system current without me needing to intervene regularly. I found that most of the initial effort was spent setting preferences and familiarizing myself with the dashboard’s interface, while ongoing workflow management was smooth and convenient. The invoicing and payment process during sign-up was transparent and didn’t cause delays. One minor drawback was that some labels in the software could be clearer at first glance, but that was quickly resolved through training and support. Overall, the balance between one-time setup and ongoing software use felt right, making WFHI a practical tool for managing remote workflows without constant hassle.
