Setup mostly one-time, ongoing help could be better
When I think about how the support worked for me, I’d say much of it felt like a one-off thing during the initial setup phase. The team was helpful getting me started, explaining the invoicing and payments, and walking through the software installation procedures. But once I was up and running, ongoing assistance felt less immediate or tailored. I’m still a bit unsure how much continuous support I should expect to ask for, or whether most issues going forward will need me to troubleshoot independently. I’m weighing if this is typical or if the software’s automatic updates will help reduce the need for constant help. So if I told a friend, I might say it’s great for getting started but they should be ready for a fairly independent experience down the line, with less frequent hand-holding.
