Setup mostly one time, minimal ongoing input needed
To start with, the onboarding and initial setup required the most time and effort. After that point, ongoing maintenance felt minimal. The setup process was designed so that most software configurations and database imports happened once or infrequently. I found that after I had gone through the training and configured the dialer and calling tools, there was less need to adjust or update frequently. Support calls helped in clarifying some points early on, but once settled, I was able to focus on using the software effectively. So in the end, the bulk of work was upfront, followed by a smooth operational phase.
