Setup mostly one-off which really stood out
At first, I thought setting up the software and training would be a continuous hassle, given my past experiences with similar tools. But surprisingly, most of the setup for WorkFromHomeIndia’s product was largely one-off, which made a huge difference. The onboarding flow was detailed and helped me configure the calling tools and database just once without recurring issues. Ongoing updates happened automatically in the background without needing my input, which I didn’t expect but appreciated a lot. It was refreshing because I had assumed I would need to input data or troubleshoot often after the initial stage. The invoicing and payment process was clear from the start, so that didn’t take extra effort either. Looking back, the standout feature was definitely that initial setup being so complete and efficient relative to what I expected, making it easier to focus on using the software than maintaining it.
