Setup mostly one-off; overall not quite a fit
The training and onboarding process was mostly a one-off setup rather than an ongoing learning experience. While I appreciated the initial walkthroughs and tutorials on how to use the dialer and database features, the support for ongoing support and retraining seemed limited. After completing the initial setup and sign-up process, most of the subsequent use depended on self-exploration rather than refresher sessions. The software did cover the basic requirements for managing remote workflows, but some features felt less practical than I expected. The calling tools worked during onboarding but then occasionally required adjustments, for which I had to rely on manuals instead of regular interactive training. Payment and invoicing were handled okay, and automatic updates occurred smoothly without disrupting the workflow. Still, the lack of continuous training or quick refresher options made the overall experience less ideal. I feel the onboarding did its job for a start, but ongoing support and adaptability were missing, which matters for users who want a more guided experience as needs evolve. So my verdict is that it did the job initially but wasn’t flexible enough beyond that point.
