Setup mostly one-off; ongoing fees not clearly outlined
When I looked at billing and payments, I mainly wanted clarity on which parts required one-time setup payments and which charged recurring fees. The initial sign-up and onboarding fees were fairly straightforward. I appreciated that once I paid these, there were no hidden initial charges. However, what stood out was that the ongoing payment structure didn’t feel fully explained. I received invoices regularly, but it wasn’t always clear whether those were for additional services, support, or subscription renewals. This lack of transparency made it hard to budget effectively. Also, I wished there was a clearer description at the outset detailing what parts of the service required monthly or periodic payments. The invoicing itself was consistent and detailed enough to keep track, but the explanatory notes were missing or too brief to give me confidence. Overall, the setup charges were reasonable and mostly one-off, but I found gaps in information relating to ongoing costs. This detail is important for managing expectations and financial planning. Despite this, the payment process ran smoothly once I understood what was expected, which I appreciated.
