Setup mostly once, ongoing bits minor
Starting the training with WFHI, I was thinking about how much effort would be one-off versus ongoing. The initial setup took a bit of time, especially getting familiar with the dialer and database functions. I would say the onboarding was pretty smooth once I got through the first week. The automatic updates seemed to mostly handle improvements without me needing to intervene, which was nice. I do wonder if some parts might require revisiting or repeated training, but so far the setup feels more like a one-time thing with a few occasional tweaks. The calling tools and support during onboarding made a difference, though I sometimes hesitated on whether I was doing it right. Overall, I am inclined to say that the main preparation is one-off, and the ongoing part is manageable. I would recommend keeping an eye on updates, but the software and training mostly get you ready early on. So my verdict is pretty straightforward: setup was largely one-off, ongoing work is minimal and manageable.
