Setup mostly matched what I expected
When I was going through the sales and pre-purchase phases, I was curious about how much of the setup would be a one-off task versus ongoing adjustments. The initial configuration took a fair bit of time, as I had to input data into the database and configure the calling tools properly. After that, though, the system settled into a stable routine that didn’t require constant tweaks. I appreciated that the software allowed me to automate updates, reducing the effort needed for maintenance. The training gave me a good idea of what to expect, and the onboarding process was mostly smooth. A small reservation was that I had to revisit some settings when updates happened automatically, which wasn't what I was fully expecting. Still, overall, it aligned well with the expectations set during pre-purchase conversations, and I could get most features running without ongoing struggle. The support team also clarified things quickly when I had questions during setup, which helped ease the transition from trial to regular use.
