Setup mostly done once; ongoing support easy to access
What I tell friends about WFHI’s setup is that the biggest chunk is really a one-time effort. When I first started, I spent a considerable amount of time going through their training, getting access configured, and setting up the database with my workflow in mind. After that, the software pretty much runs itself with automatic updates and stable calling features. Of course, I do reach out to support now and then for some help or if something new needs to be configured, but those are less frequent and simpler. It means the heavy lifting is upfront, and then using the system day-to-day is lighter on my schedule. Invoicing and payments during sign-up were smooth, and the support team was clear and helpful throughout, which made the initial onboarding less stressful. So I’d say the setup phase is intensive but manageable, and ongoing support has been reassuring and accessible.
