Setup moments were mixed; some clarity came late
Going through the onboarding and training process, I noticed that a good portion was indeed one-off work — especially setting up the database and configuring the dialer. This initial phase required careful attention to detail and felt quite tedious at times. However, once these steps were done, the ongoing use became a bit smoother, as the automatic updates handled many of the needed changes seamlessly. That said, at certain junctures I felt stuck, like the calling tools didn't sync properly with the customer database initially, which meant I had to loop back and adjust those setups. This was frustrating because I expected a more streamlined flow. The telephonic support helped clarify some issues, but mainly during the one-off setup period. I think the moment where it really clicked for me was after the first week of using the software regularly — I started to appreciate the training's structure and the system’s capabilities. Still, I would say that without that initial push and back-and-forth, the software could have been hard to adopt at first.
