Setup moment that really helped me get going
The training and onboarding experience was surprisingly smooth, mostly because of a specific phase when I first actually used the calling tools integrated in the software. That moment made the entire setup feel real and actionable instead of abstract. Up until then, most of the steps felt like going through a checklist or watching videos, which on their own didn’t quite convey the practical side. But as soon as I started using the dialer and saw how it linked to the database feature, things clicked. After that point, the rest of the process seemed more about configuring minor preferences and learning best practices, which I’m still figuring out but found less daunting. Ongoing maintenance like automatic updates just happens in the background, so that part isn’t something you have to keep thinking about after the initial setup. The training gives a good enough foundation to begin confidently, even if the detailed day-to-day workflow and optimizations take time. It’s a solid balance between a one-off start and regular use, with the early hands-on practice really solidifying the learning.
