Setup might suit those wanting a quick start, less so for ongoing use

Honestly, the training and onboarding felt a bit all over the place for me. The initial setup was quick enough—sign-up was a breeze, and I got the hang of the basics pretty fast. But the ongoing use seemed to demand more repeated adjustments than I expected. I mean, every time there was an update, I had to relearn some parts, and the dialer didn’t always sync well with my database. If you want something where you just set it once and forget, this might not be your best fit. It’s better suited to people who don’t mind regularly tweaking things or who want detailed control over workflows. The support calls help sometimes, but they don’t always solve your ongoing issues immediately. So I’m kind of on the fence about recommending it broadly, but I get why it might work well for a more hands-on user.
