Par support se baat karne me bahut time waste hua kyunki woh sirf initial setup me help karte hain, ongoing support limited hai. Mujhe laga ki setup ke baad bhi agar koi confusion hoti toh continuous assistance milni chahiye. Maine multiple calls ki par har baar ek hi baat repeat karni padi aur resolution time zyada laga. Kahin aisa tha ki mujhe lag raha tha ki sab kuch ek baar fix karke chhodo, par jin aspects me regularly help chaiye thi, wahan support kam tha. Ye thoda frustrating experience raha mere liye.
