Maine jab WFHI ka software lena start kiya tha toh socha tha ki support kisi tarah se continuous milega, specially jab new tools jaise dialer aur database use karna ho. Lekin setting up ke baad jo mujhe mila wo ek dum alag tha. Basically, laga ki ek baar setup ho gaya toh uske baad koi ongoing communication ya help nahi milti. Phone pe support ki conversation thodi disjointed thi, matlab har baar alag banda milta tha; jisko meri previous problem ka idea nahi tha. Setup ek baar ho gaya toh lagta tha ki software khud ko adjust kar lega, par regular updates aur queries me support itna accommodating nahi tha. Mujhe lagta hai after initial training, un logo ne mujhe chhod diya jaise mera kaam yahin khatam.
