Jab maine WFHI ka training start kiya tha, toh mujhe laga tha ki setup process kaafi ongoing hoga with constant inputs and checks, par asli experience mein sab kuch ek hi baar setup karna tha and then bas smoothly chalna tha. Training sessions during onboarding mere liye kaafi helpful rahe kyunki woh specifics par focus karte hain rather than general stuff, jo mujhe apni remote workflows ko samajhne mein madad ki. Ek cheez jo expect ki thi vo yeh thi ki baar-baar naye updates ke wajah se baar-baar training leni padegi, lekin continuous updates ke saath saath kiya jaata hai which wasn’t disruptive at all. Onboarding mein mujhe jyada complicated processes ka samna nahi karna pada, and the support team ne bhi timely responses diye. Overall, jo one part sabse achha laga, wo tha kitna hassle-free training setup tha without ongoing disturbance, which was better than mera expectation.
