Setup is too much one-time work; better for static teams
From my experience, the training and onboarding process mostly involved a significant one-time setup. The initial installation, dialer configuration, and database organization required close attention and quite some effort, but once those were done, daily operations ran fairly smoothly. However, the ongoing training or guidance was minimal. Updates arrived automatically, but any changes to workflows or advanced features needed manual adjustments on my end with little step-by-step assistance. This approach might suit teams or individuals who prefer a fixed setup and stable usage without frequent process shifts. On the other hand, for users needing continuous support or dynamic teaching during use, this structure may feel sparse or challenging. So, if someone is looking for hands-on, ongoing learning alongside software use, they might find this system lacking. But if you want to set it up once and then mostly maintain it, the current onboarding and training are adequate.
