Basically, I found that most of the setup was a one-off effort, which was good news after all the initial hassle. The sign-up and payment process were straightforward, resulting in quick invoice generation. Once the software was installed and training completed, daily use of the dialer and database went smoothly without many interruptions. Updates happened automatically without any user input, keeping workflows uninterrupted. The support team was available for telephonic queries but I rarely needed them after the initial setup. So if I'm telling a friend, I’d say: invest your time upfront and your future use will be mostly hassle-free, with routine smooth operations.
