Setup is mostly a one-time thing, but a few ongoing bits
So, here’s the thing about WFHI software setup from my perspective. The initial registration and sign-up process was quite straightforward and felt like a one-off task, which is good because it didn’t take up too much time or effort. Once I had the training modules and started using the calling dialer and database features, I found that these aspects require ongoing attention and regular updating of data. Automatic updates to the software were helpful because they meant I didn’t have to worry about managing versions myself. However, I did notice that some elements like the telephonic support sessions seemed more like periodic engagements rather than continuous assistance. That was fine overall, but I’m a bit cautious about how much time I might spend later on maintaining and tweaking the workflows. The invoicing and payment process was clear and seemed to fit well into a monthly routine. If I were to explain to a friend, I’d say the setup is mostly a one-time effort, but you need to stay actively involved after that, which might not suit everyone depending on their available time and priorities. Still, I’m managing it okay for now and hope it stays manageable.
