Setup involves both one-off and ongoing tasks, fair overall
My experience with WFHI before purchasing was a mix of one-time setup and ongoing responsibilities. Initially, the sales process helped clarify what needed to be done upfront to get the software and training running. Setting up databases and configuring dialer settings required concentrated effort at the start, so it felt like a one-off investment of time. On the flip side, I also found that maintaining these workflows was an ongoing task. Updating call lists regularly and tracking follow-up through the software needed consistent input. The training seemed to support this ongoing learning curve but also asked for an initial focus on understanding system features in depth. Payment and invoicing felt straightforward, although obviously recurring. Overall, I appreciate that the product demands some continuous engagement to run smoothly, rather than being purely plug-and-play or only a one-off setup. This balance suits my work style alright, but I recognize it might not suit everyone looking for a totally hands-off solution. In short, it’s fair but requires a commitment that’s both some upfront work and steady ongoing use.
