Setup involved upfront effort, then mainly ongoing use
In my experience with WFHI, the largest part of time investment was during the initial setup and onboarding phase. The software installation, database integration, and configuration of the dialer tools required focused attention and several hours to get just right. Training modules and telephonic support helped clarify these steps, cutting down trial and error. Once the system was operational, usage became a more ongoing daily process, primarily executing remote workflows rather than frequent reconfiguration. Automatic updates happen seamlessly in the background, so maintenance overhead is minimal once set up. The sign-up procedure and subsequent invoicing occurred without issues and were straightforward to manage. Overall, my verdict is that the software demands a significant one-off setup effort combined with consistent ongoing use, but after the initial investment, it functions with relative autonomy. This pattern is clear and unsurprising given the complexity involved in switching workflows to remote operations. I found no surprises in the distribution of workload between one-off setup and ongoing usage; it’s a logical progression for a system of this nature.
