Setup involved one-off effort, ongoing smooth payments
The billing setup with WFHI mostly required a one-off effort to configure everything properly, which was manageable. After putting in the initial details and settling the setup, I found the ongoing payments process to be really smooth and largely automatic. I appreciated that once the basics were set, I didn’t have to repeatedly jump through hoops or go back to invoices to keep up with payments. The invoicing seemed clear and regular, which made tracking straightforward without complexity. While I wouldn’t say it was a perfect experience in the first few steps, the overall outcome was that billing became quite routine and low-maintenance. That subtle reduction in hassle really meant a lot when balancing remote workflows and time management. The payment portal didn’t throw surprises during renewal phases or updates, which gave me a quiet confidence. So, I’d sum this up as a process that starts with a bit of work but then shifts toward an easier pattern you just maintain without much fuss. That alone made it worth the effort.
