Setup involved mostly one-time steps, ongoing help stood out
What stood out to me during the support process was how much of the setup was a one-time task and how much involved ongoing interactions. Initially, signing up and invoicing were straightforward—just completing forms and a smooth payment process. After that, configuring the database and dialing tools required some effort, but once done, these settings mostly remained stable. What truly caught my attention was the telephonic support; they weren’t just reactive but proactive in guiding me through updates and troubleshooting. Automatic updates happen regularly but don’t require daily input from me, which is good. The software’s calling tools performed well during the week, consistent and reliable. Overall, most work during setup was a one-off, and the continuous support was the real difference-maker in ensuring I stayed productive with the workflow.
