Setup included both one-off tasks and ongoing efforts
When I first considered WFHI’s offerings, I was curious about how much setup would be a one-time effort versus ongoing maintenance. The sign-up and initial onboarding steps felt straightforward enough, with a clean flow that got me access to the software and training quickly. However, the database feature required continuing input and maintenance to keep contacts and calling lists updated, which meant ongoing work beyond just the first setup. The dialer and calling tools delivered consistent performance but needed periodic tuning and updates. Automatic updates helped reduce manual intervention, which was a plus. The ordering and invoicing processes were clear from the start, but calling support once or twice was necessary for clarifications. Overall, it felt like a balanced package of initial setup mixed with ongoing workflow tasks. So I'd say it's a useful system but needs that regular attention to keep things running well.
