Setup hours didn’t fully match my actual work schedule
My experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase process left me with mixed feelings about how well their hours aligned with my working patterns. Initially, I found the sign-up and invoicing stages to be clear and reasonably straightforward, which I appreciated. However, as I moved deeper into onboarding and using the dialer and calling tools, I noticed that some of the scheduled training sessions and telephonic support hours weren’t very compatible with my typical working hours. Since I often work non-standard shifts, it was challenging to connect with support during their available times. This occasionally disrupted the flow of my learning and slowed down my access to resolving certain software or database-related questions. While I understand automatic updates happen behind the scenes and do not require direct involvement, having flexibility in support hours would better suit people like me who rely on support during odd hours. I like the overall structure of the platform and its integrated features, but I had hoped the availability would be more attuned to diverse schedules. Thus, while the purchase process went smoothly, I did feel that the service time commitments didn’t align well with my actual work timetable throughout the onboarding and early use phases.
