Setup had one-off parts but ongoing parts missing

The training and onboarding process had some definitely clear one-off steps such as signing up and understanding the basics of the software interface. I was able to complete those with the provided materials and instructions. However, when it came to ongoing processes like using the dialer and maintaining the database within the workflow, there was less structured support. The automatic updates were a helpful feature that required no manual effort from my side, but how these updates impacted day-to-day operations and whether they introduced new learning was not sufficiently covered. The telephonic support was available but seemed more reactive than proactive in helping with continuous setup challenges. Overall, I found the initial setup adequately covered but felt the onboarding could have included more systematic guidance for ongoing use and integration into remote workflows. This gap made me rely more on self-driven experimentation rather than continuous help.
