Setup had one notable drawback but mostly fine
I found that setting up the software involved an initial bulk of work, especially integrating the database and configuring the dialer tools. Once this one-off setup was done, the ongoing maintenance felt manageable and didn’t take much time. The automatic updates were mostly seamless except for one update that reset some preferences, which was a minor annoyance. Apart from that, the software consistently functioned without requiring frequent intervention. It felt balanced between initial effort and long-term ease. A small reservation is that the documentation around that one tricky update could be clearer to prevent confusion. Overall, setup stood out as the most effort-heavy part, but usage thereafter was smooth.
